Using Hypoo

These terms govern your use of Hypoo. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. Google sign-in is required to manage campaigns; published campaign pages can be viewed without an account.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Only upload or publish content you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights to your content and permit Hypoo to store, display, and share it as needed to provide the campaign features and visibility you choose.

Responsible participation

• Do not use Hypoo for harassment, impersonation, scams, unlawful content, or disclosure of someone else’s private information.
• Respect copyright and other people’s rights. Do not imply official endorsement without permission.
• Follow the rules of each social platform. Do not use campaigns to coordinate spam or evade platform restrictions.
• Do not abuse sign-in, generation limits, or other security controls.

Campaigns and AI suggestions

Organizers are responsible for their campaign instructions and links. Review AI-generated text before using it; suggestions may contain errors and do not guarantee originality or suitability. Hypoo does not automatically publish posts or verify that checklist actions occurred on a social platform.

Availability and enforcement

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Hypoo may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Campaign reach, platform engagement, and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
